This will allow for some dialog about your e-commerce needs and
will alllow us to gain some insight on the focus and direction
of your specific project. We can make recommendations regarding
payment processors, hosting providers, search engine optimization,
and more.
Ocean Blue Web Development discounts our regular support fees
of $65/hr to $50/hr for ClickCartPro projects. Many tasks can
be completed in just one hour.
Smaller supports tasks can usually be completed within 24 hours
of contacting us. If you contact us during business
hours we can oftentimes provide support on the spot and have
the task completed within the hour.
Larger projects are not charged by the hour but rather are given
an exact quote on total cost. This affords us to offer lower
prices on more extensive tasks that require days and possibly
weeks to complete.
| We also do free support for smaller items that may
only take a few minutes to complete. Individuals can
make a small donation if they choose to do so, but it's
their perogative. We don't mind if you do! :) |
